ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
Expanding access to living-wage employment.
Bridge Builders Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to expanding access to living-wage employment for individuals. We provide training for low-to-moderate income (LMI) and underserved communities, including reentry populations.
The Foundation accomplishes this by providing NCCER pre-apprenticeship training, job-readiness education, and structured support that prepares participants for immediate employment in high-demand industries primarily civil construction and infrastructure.
Our team has over 30 years of experience training, mentoring, upskilling, and reskilling individuals in and around the construction industry. We have worked with participants across the southeastern United States, helping connect people to meaningful careers and long-term opportunities.
