Bridge Builders Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to expanding access to living-wage employment for individuals. We provide training for low-to-moderate income (LMI) and underserved communities including reentry populations. The Foundation accomplishes this by providing NCCER preapprenticeship training, job readiness education, and structured support that prepares participants for immediate employment in high-demand industries-primarily civil construction and infrastructure.
