At Bridge Builders, we believe everyone deserves a shot at redemption. We partner with businesses and mentors who are solely committed to serving our participants and preparing them for a life-altering career path. Once we identify individuals who have shown that they are ready to get back to work, we enroll them in our Federally approved apprenticeship program. During this program, Bridge Builders shoulders the payroll and worker's compensation liability, which makes our apprentices appealing prospects for job creators. On the job, they will hone their skills under the supervision of their prospective employer while receiving constant accountability and support from their mentor partner.  Upon the completion of the apprenticeship program, the employer benefits from a fully committed team member. Because our partners have skin in the game, they are motivated to provide the highest level of accountability support, ensuring the success of their students. The worker benefits holistically. They find life purpose, receive world-class job training, are surrounded by an organic community rooting for their success, and gain the necessary life skills to make a profound impact on the world.
