Who We Are

Bridge Builders Foundation provides NCCER pre-apprenticeship training, job readiness education, and structured support that prepares participants for immediate employment in high-demand industries — primarily civil construction and infrastructure.

Our team has over 30 years of experience training, mentoring, upskilling, and reskilling individuals in and around the construction industry across the southeastern United States.

Who We Serve

Low-to-moderate income (LMI) and underserved communities, including reentry populations.
