NETWORK SPECIALTIES

Jobsite-ready personnel for civil, infrastructure, and federal projects.

Builders Network provides dependable workers for the roles contractors need most.

Quality Control Manager

A Quality Control Manager (QCM) helps ensure your project is done right the first time. They oversee daily work to make sure it meets project specifications, approved plans, and industry standards. This includes reviewing submittals to confirm materials and equipment are correct before they reach the jobsite, coordinating inspections, and addressing issues early so they don't become costly problems later. On federally funded projects, including those with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the QCM also helps keep documentation organized and ensures the project stays aligned with contract requirements. At every level, their focus is simple-protect quality, keep the project moving, and deliver a finished product you can stand behind.

Project Superintendent

A Project Superintendent is responsible for keeping the jobsite running efficiently day to day. They coordinate crews, manage schedules, and ensure work is completed safely and according to plan. Acting as the on-site leader, they communicate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and address issues quickly to keep the project moving forward. Their experience across a range of projects including complex civil and infrastructure work-helps ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained from start to finish.

Project Manager

A Project Manager oversees the project from start to completion, ensuring everything stays on track-schedule, budget, and scope. They coordinate between owners, contractors, and field teams, manage documentation, review submittals, and handle change orders when needed. Their role is to anticipate challenges, keep communication clear, and make sure the project is delivered successfully. With experience across construction sectors, including large-scale and regulated environments, they bring structure and accountability to every phase of the job.

Site Safety & Health Officer

A Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) is focused on maintaining a safe and compliant jobsite. They implement safety plans, conduct inspections, lead safety meetings, and ensure all workers follow established protocols. They also document site conditions and address potential hazards before they become incidents. Whether on commercial, civil, or federally regulated projects, the SSHO helps protect workers, reduce risk, and keep the project operating without disruption.

Skilled Labor

A Skilled Laborer brings hands-on experience and a strong understanding of construction tasks to support multiple aspects of a project. They are dependable, adaptable, and capable of working alongside crews to complete work efficiently and correctly. From assisting with concrete, carpentry, or site preparation, to supporting specialized trades, they help maintain

productivity across the jobsite. Their versatility makes them a valuable asset on projects of all sizes, including demanding civil and infrastructure work.

Heavy Equipment Operator

A Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating machinery essential to construction projects. This includes equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and graders. They understand how to move materials, prepare sites, and support grading and excavation work with precision. Their experience helps ensure that critical early phases of a project are completed accurately, which sets the foundation for everything that follows-especially on large-scale civil and infrastructure jobs.

General Labor

A General Laborer supports the day-to-day needs of the jobsite, helping crews stay productive and organized. They assist with material handling, site cleanup, basic construction tasks, and anything else needed to keep work moving. Reliable and willing to step in where needed, they play a key role in maintaining workflow and efficiency. Their contribution is essential across all types of construction projects, from small builds to large-scale operations.
